Joe Inglis – Vet

Joe Inglis is well known for his television appearances as a media vet, including BBC 1′s ‘The One Show’, ITV’s ‘This Morning’ and Channel 5′s ‘The Wright Stuff’.

As well as a busy media career, he is a practising vet which he combines with his hands-on role at Pet’s Kitchen in the Cotswolds and has recently launched his new veterinary range of natural pet food, Vet’s Kitchen www.vetskitchen.co.uk

Joe’s professional and personal life has been under the glare of publicity.  Having appeared on numerous highly successful TV shows and radio stations over the years, Joe is also an accomplished writer. His latest book is ‘You and Your dog (A guide to a healthy life with your best friend)’; others include: ‘It Really Does Happen to a Vet’, ‘The Greatest Dog Tips in the World’ and ‘The Greatest Cat Tips in the World’ as well as two recipe books for pets – ‘Doggie Dinners’ and ‘Feline Feasts’.

He has fronted a number of campaigns and hosted skills and career workshops around the country for aspiring vets. He has been asked to judge pet competitions, both big and small, and make appearances for the Kennel Club to encourage responsible pet ownership. He was founder of the Campaign for Real Pet Food and works with and supports a number of charities including the RSPCA, Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, The Blue Cross, PDSA and he has been appointed the UK Patron of LSPCA caring for animals in Malawi.

Joe’s business is based in Fairford, Gloucestershire close to where he lives with his wife, Jenny, and their two children.
